Part Eleven: Clean Bill of Health
When I left work today, I saw that I had a message from the transplant coordinator. Yesterday, she had indicated that I would be hearing from her sometime during the next few days, but I wasn't really expecting to get a call so soon. It kind of worried me a little bit... but her message was good news:

That's great so far! I know I must have read it somewhere but cannot recall - have you already done the crossmatch test? I think you said you did and it was negative, but I just wasn't sure.

Yeah, I did the crossmatch test a few weeks ago and it was negative. Now we just have to make sure I have two kidneys and I think that's it. Thanks for Reading! -A
It's good to hear you have a clean bill of health. I mean I was expecting the cat hairs to result in a call about feline kidneys. Its good to know you have two human kidneys.
